## Orders
**What are the delivery times?**
Each item is made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for
production, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery — a total of 5 to 12 business
days.
**Is delivery free?**
Yes. Standard delivery is free on all orders.
A guaranteed delivery option is available for €5.99.
**Which carrier delivers my orders?**
Orders are shipped via partner carriers depending on
your delivery address. An email with a tracking number will be
sent to you upon dispatch.
**Can I modify or cancel my order?**
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@bysoairdesign.com.
Once production has started, the order cannot be modified.

## Products
**What size are the t-shirts and hoodies?**
T-shirts are available from S to 5XL.
Hoodies from XS to 3XL.
A detailed size guide is available on each product page.
**Are the sizes accurate?**
The cuts are unisex and medium fit. If in doubt between two sizes,
take the larger size.
**How do I care for my items?**
Wash inside out, maximum 30°C, without fabric softener, do not tumble dry.
These precautions preserve the quality of the design and material.
**Are the materials certified?**
Yes. T-shirts and hoodies are made from GOTS certified organic cotton
and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. PETA certified vegan products.
**Do you do custom orders?**
No. Bysoairdesign only offers drop collections.
Custom orders are not available for now.

## Returns
**Can I return an item?**
You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
**What if my item is defective?**
Contact us within 30 days at contact@bysoairdesign.com with photos.
We cover manufacturing defects — replacement or
refund depending on your preference.
**How long does it take to get a refund?**
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days
via your original payment method.

Items are produced and shipped from our partner Printful's warehouses,
located in Latvia or Spain depending on your address.
